1. PRODUCT PRICES Prices are published on the e-commerce site. The purchase price may also be lower than the list price due to promotions and discounts offered by our commercial operators, this price is always reported on the site.

6. WARRANTIES The products marketed are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice that he will receive together with the purchased goods and show it when requesting warranty assistance service. If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Centre, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any verification and restoration costs requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs. In the event of a lack of conformity, we will restore the conformity of the product through repair/replacement or reduce the price, until the contract is terminated.

8. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS The Customer declares that the data provided are correct and truthful. The Customer has the obligation to ensure that the data communicated by him/her at the time of acceptance of the contractual conditions are correct and allow the correct sending of the invoice and the purchased material.
9.PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS The products can be sold in promotional offers with discounts. The shipment of the products on offer may take place with a few days delay depending on warehouse availability. In case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment of the products on offer will be carried out only after confirmation of the actual payment.
10. SHIPMENTS The product shipping procedures are activated upon receipt of actual payment for the goods, on working days from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19: 00 according to the time zone in force in Italy, except public holidays in the Italian calendar.
11. 12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal, in the manner provided for by the Consumer Code. The Customer who withdraws will be refunded with the sum of money paid to purchase the product minus shipping costs. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Civicounoshop Srls, Via Flaminia Km. 189,200 - 06023 Gualdo Tadino (PG)
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT For all disputes relating to this agreement, the parties recognize the exclusive and subsidiary jurisdiction of the court of Perugia.
